We are seeking a skilled Category Management Professional to join our team in Southern Europe, supporting the definition and implementation of our go-to-market strategy. As a key contact person for assigned categories, you will be responsible for price positioning and develop processes for product management within the region.
Reporting to our Regional Product & Marketing Director, you will be based in Barcelona and collaborate with commercial and customer service departments to support the commercial network in product information, demonstrations, and reports. You will also develop special business development projects for Special Businesses such as Vehicle Wash, Municipal Machines, and Industrial Vacuuming.
The ideal candidate has a strategic vision with a customer-centric approach, structured methodology, analytical skills, and planning aptitude. They must be able to manage effective relationships in matrix organizations, have networking skills, flexibility, and speed of execution. Effective communication and good presentation skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, with a Master's degree in Product Management or Business Management being valuable. Five years of experience in a similar position are necessary.
Our estimated salary for this position is approximately €60,000-€80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include a great working environment, competitive salary, company car, health insurance paid by the company, canteen, and hybrid work schedule.
