Job Title: Global Account Management Representative

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Global Account Management Representative to join our team at Beeline Group. As a Global Account Management Representative, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating processes related to existing and newly acquired business partners. This role requires strong communication skills, both internally and externally, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate processes related to existing and newly acquired business partners
  • Support Key Account Managers in their daily operational and strategic activities
  • Administration and further development of processes, tools, and documents related to key account management
  • Act as a contact person and ensure a smooth flow of communication between KAM, business partners, and internal departments
  • Support contract administration and contribute to strategic partner management calls
  • Maintain the key account management toolkit and related processes
  • Ensure consistency of Beeline's corporate communication approach, principles, and materials to business partners

Requirements:

  • Speaking French (native level) and English is a must
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, both externally and internally
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
