Your role as a Sales and Account Management Representative will involve collaborating with clients from various sectors, including healthcare, industry, administration, trade, finance, and education. Your primary responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering client inquiries regarding products and services via phone (80% inbound, 20% outbound) and email
  • Supporting clients by finding client-oriented solutions for their questions and concerns, focusing on product lines
  • Giving information about products, prices, and discounts to clients
  • Managing orders and sales over the phone
  • Handling administrative tasks

Requirements
  • You are fluent in German and possess a good command of English
  • You have experience in sales or are sales-oriented
  • You have good negotiation skills or want to acquire them
  • You work precisely and are comfortable with administrative tasks
  • You are technically interested and motivated
Benefits
  • We offer a long-term fixed-term contract of 12 months, renewable annually
  • The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
  • Salary conditions: €1,300-€1,400 gross/month (including free accommodation), or €1,700-€1,800 gross/month (excluding accommodation)
  • For international candidates: reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country within the EU, private health insurance, and more
