Account Development Ambassador

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Account Development team as an Account Development Representative (ADR). In this role, you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to identify high-potential businesses and develop strategic campaigns to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities for our Sales organization
- Develop and execute inbound and outbound campaigns to generate leads and convert them into qualified meetings
- Built strong relationships with IT and business decision-makers through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management
- Nurture early-phase opportunities for future pipeline potential
Requirements:
- A self-starter with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technology quickly and understand business-critical solutions
- Prior experience in sales or business development in the tech industry is preferred
