As a Sales Development Associate at EcoVadis Germany Gmbh, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and fostering sustainable business practices. We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for sustainability and sales to join our international team.
**Job Description**
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our sales team as a Sales Development Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and outreach activities on target accounts to engage and qualify prospective customers;
- Generating new business opportunities to fuel revenue growth;
- Conducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with senior executives;
- Scheduling qualified meetings for account executives;
- Evangelizing the importance of sustainability and corporate social responsibility for global 500 companies;
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in business or sustainability-related areas;
- Experience working in sustainability, CSR, or B2B procurement (a plus);
- Native fluency in French and proficiency in English (Portuguese is a plus);
- Knowledge of the French corporate business culture;
- Passion for sustainability and willingness to pursue a career in both sustainability and sales;
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting; Strong time management and organizational skills;
- Superior communication skills and the ability to build rapport;
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:

**Location and Start Date**
