Compressed Air Business Development Specialist

Ingersoll-Rand is a U.S. supplier of industrial equipment, leading the compressed air industry across multiple lines of business with related technologies, parts, and services.
We are seeking a skilled Sales Area Manager to join our COMPAIR Compressors team in Spain, supporting our customers in País Vasco and Navarra. As a Sales Area Manager, you will be responsible for developing direct and indirect customer relationships, promoting machinery sales and services.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan to identify customer needs and determine mutual support requirements.
- Assign the appropriate sales process, select project team members, and communicate next steps to convert leads into opportunities.
- Responsible for project take-off, pricing proposal, and sales strategy, integrating equipment, controls, and services.
- Assist customers in answering technical questions about our systems, products, and system application alternatives.
- Utilize our CRM as a business management, analysis, and tracking tool.
What We Offer
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM (flexible start/finish time), reduced working hours in summer. Our benefits include life insurance, private health insurance, catering, unlimited LinkedIn learning, and a company car. You will also receive 10% of your salary in shares after one year of employment.
