Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the sales operations department, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional looking to develop their skills in administrative management and commercial areas. You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to clients and prospects, facilitating the order process, and ensuring seamless interactions with various stakeholders.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work collaboratively with sales teams, logistics, and other departments to achieve operational success. Your ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and address needs proactively will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional, efficient, and timely information to clients and prospects
  • Support the sales team with excellence in sales operations
  • Facilitate the operations of the sales team
  • Execute the order process
  • Create records in the IT system for new machines
  • Handle material returns to factories
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Professional experience in similar roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of English (Portuguese is an asset)
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with sales teams, logistics, and other departments
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems and office software (e.g., Excel, Word)
