Business Development Manager for Industrial Compressors

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Area Manager to join our COMPAIR Compressors team and support our customers in País Vasco and Navarra. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with direct and indirect customers, providing knowledge and consultation to identify solutions to customer problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine customer needs and develop a business plan to meet their requirements;
- Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process and communicating next steps;
- Assist customers in answering technical questions about our systems, products, and system application alternatives;
- Responsible for project take-off, selection, pricing proposal, and sales strategy;
- Use our CRM as a business management, analysis, and tracking tool.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, or college equivalent;
- Fluency in English, with other languages being an asset;
- Experience in the compressed air business, industrial refrigeration, or industrial supply sector.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
