Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Industrial Sales Director to join our COMPAIR Compressors team and support our customers in País Vasco and Navarra. In this role, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with direct and indirect customers, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies and product solutions.

Responsibilities
• Determine customer needs and develop targeted business plans to identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
• Convert leads into sales opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying required project team members, making assignments, and communicating next steps.
• Responsible for project take-off, selection, pricing proposal, and sales strategy, as well as the integration of equipment, controls, and services.
• Assist customers in answering technical questions about our systems, products, and application alternatives, including installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Utilize our CRM as a business management, analysis, and tracking tool to drive sales performance and customer engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluency in English is required; other languages are an asset.
• Proven experience in the compressed air business, industrial refrigeration, or industrial supply sector.

Benefits
• Permanent contract with full-time employment from Monday to Friday (flexible start/finish time) and Fridays from 8:00 to 14:30.
• Competitive salary, estimated at €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
