Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Area Manager to join our COMPAIR Compressors team in Spain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships, both in machinery sales and services, to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine customer needs and develop tailored business plans to support their success.">
  • Convert leads into opportunities by assigning sales processes, identifying project teams, and communicating next steps.">
  • Responsible for project take-off, selection, pricing proposals, and sales strategies, integrating equipment, controls, and services.">
  • Provide technical support to customers, answering questions about systems, products, and application alternatives.">
  • Utilize CRM as a business management tool for analysis, tracking, and optimization.">

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.">
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.">
  • Experience in compressed air business, industrial refrigeration, or industrial supply sector.">
