Job Description:

As a CV Sales Representative at the ZF Group, you will be responsible for generating incremental profitability by establishing a complete CV portfolio as a preferred and reliable partner. Your focus will be on identifying key account strategies, pain points, and compelling events, and planning and implementing the right customer action plan to solve these while generating incremental profitability for ZF.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify global customers' strategies, key priorities, pain points, and compelling events; translate into sales operating plan objectives for the key account.
• Identify key members of the Decision-Making Unit; build & execute action plan to connect to DMU globally.
• Establish positive contacts at various relevant levels of the customer organization within the country of HQ (leadership level, management level, department level, operational level).
• Plan & execute appropriate marketing & sales activities to implement sales funnel for relevant product & service portfolio (create awareness, create interest, convince, buy, support usage).
• Lead all negotiations with the customers.

Requirements:

• Great relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Willingness and ability to interact with all relevant levels of the customer organization (commercial and technical topics).
• Financial acumen and business management skills.
• Eager to work with colleagues in different countries and cultures.
• Intercultural awareness and sensitivity, comfortable with working in international and multicultural environments.
• Leadership qualities to appropriately and efficiently involve colleagues for providing support during the fleet buying process (technical experts, marketing, leadership, etc.).
• Interest in heavy vehicle technology and the transport industry.
