Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the ZF team, you will be responsible for generating incremental profitability for the company by establishing a complete CV portfolio as a preferred and reliable partner. This involves managing all dimensions of customer accounts in your area of responsibility, identifying key account strategies, pain points, and compelling events, and planning and implementing the right customer action plan to solve these while generating incremental profitability for ZF.

Key Accountabilities:

Establish contacts with members of the Decision-Making Unit, convince the customer to buy, and continuously improve customer satisfaction and further enhance the customer/supplier relationship. As the central point of contact for all customer-related activities in their country, you will liaise with other parts of the organization to support the ZF strategy.
