Aftermarket Sales Professional

As a key member of the ZF team, you will be responsible for generating incremental profitability by establishing a complete CV portfolio as a preferred and reliable partner.
Your focus will be on identifying the key account's strategy, pain points, and compelling events, and planning and implementing the right customer action plan to solve these while generating incremental profitability for ZF.
You will be responsible for establishing contacts with members of the Decision-Making Unit, convincing the customer to buy, and continuously improving customer satisfaction and further enhancing the customer/supplier relationship.
As the central point of contact for all customer-related activities in their country, you will liaise with other parts of the organization to support the ZF strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish a complete CV portfolio as a preferred and reliable partner
- Identify key account's strategy, pain points, and compelling events
- Plan and implement customer action plans to generate incremental profitability
- Establish contacts with Decision-Making Unit members
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction and enhance customer/supplier relationship
