As an Aftermarket Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating incremental profitability for the ZF Group by establishing a complete CV portfolio as a preferred and reliable partner by managing all dimensions of their accounts in his area of responsibility.
Your focus is to identify the key account's strategy, pain points and compelling events, and to plan and implement the right customer action plan to solve these while generating incremental profitability for ZF. You will be responsible for establishing contacts with members of the Decision-Making Unit, convincing the customer to buy, and to continuously improving customer satisfaction and further enhancing the customer/supplier relationship.
As the central point of contact for all customer-related activities in their country, the Aftermarket Sales Representative will liaise with other parts of the organization to support the ZF strategy.
What you can look forward to as Aftermarket CV Sales Representative (m/f/d): Build and implement Key Account Plan:Identify global customers strategy, key priorities, pain points and compelling events; translate into sales operating plan objectives for the key accountIdentify key members of the Decision-Making Unit; build & execute action plan to connect to DMU globallyEstablish positive contacts at various relevant levels of the customer organization within the country of HQ (leadership level, management level, department level, operational level)Plan & execute appropriate marketing & sales activities to implement sales funnel for relevant product & service portfolio (create awareness, create interest, convince, buy, support usage)Lead all negotiations with the customersPlan & ensure correct implementation of demonstration & training activities, to ensure fleet users are appropriately informed and train to use & appreciate the ZF solutionsCollect and quantify the Voice of Customer, and translate it into ZF requirements for new product & new service developmentLead the request for quotation process for all customer requests Your profile as Aftermarket CV Sales Representative (m/f/d): Great relationship management and negotiation skillsWillingness and ability to interact with all relevant levels of the customer organization, (commercial and technical topics)Financial acumen and business management skillsEager to work with colleagues in different countries and culturesIntercultural awareness and sensitivity, comfortable with working in international and multicultural environmentsLeadership qualities to appropriately and efficiently involve colleagues for providing support during the fleet buying process (technical experts, marketing, leadership, etc.)Interest in heavy vehicle technology and transport industryGood business manager through systems; sales force, SAP, PBI, office, etc.
