Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Management and Demand Planner to join our Global Integrated Business Process (IBP) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in optimizing our integrated process plans to achieve business objectives.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will serve as a business partner with project execution functions, sales, solution development, finance, and human resources in collaboration with our data science and other planning IBP team members. Your primary responsibility will be to work with global sales leaders to assess incoming order intake demand, identify and mitigate risks with associated skill needs and capacity, and detect areas of constraints or availability.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales leaders to assess demand and identify potential risks
Develop and analyze statistical forecast models to provide accurate demand forecasts
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers
Process project demands through various tools and data sources to drive a systematic approach
Contribute to the monthly Demand meeting and participate in the S&OP process
Work with manufacturing and procurement SIOP leadership to develop plans and solve supply issues
Prepare and present material to regional and global leadership teams
