We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a BDR, you'll play a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.


Job Summary


We're looking for a talented individual who can excel in a fast-paced sales environment. You'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage warm calling and cold calling campaigns to identify new business opportunities
  • Pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Outreach to leads who have displayed demographic or behavioral buying signals
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, support, operations, and product teams to streamline application and process efficiency
  • Manage and nurture a queue of leads through the sales process

Requirements:



  • Sales experience: capable of managing a quota
  • Inbound and cold outbound experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Familiarity with CRM applications (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university (ideal)

What We Offer:


As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including a salary of approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience. You'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
