We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business leads through various outreach methods, including LinkedIn and alternative mediums such as videos and audios.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to build relationships with potential customers, provide valuable information about our services, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 1.5-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales or business development.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation and relationship building.
- Familiarity with alternative outreach methods, such as video and audio messaging.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. You will also enjoy a results-driven culture, flexible remote work environment, unlimited vacation days, and an annual training allowance to further your professional development.
