We're a leading company in the Fintech industry, seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as an Expansion Sales Specialist in Barcelona. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-growth company and shape our success in the Spanish market.
As an Expansion Sales Specialist, you will generate new leads and business opportunities for Payhawk, working closely with our Account Executive team. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce our platform to potential customers, building relationships and driving pipeline opportunities.
You will receive the necessary tools and coaching to thrive in a dynamic environment, and your success will be recognized and rewarded through competitive financial incentives and clear career progression.
This role requires a native Spanish speaker who is fluent in English, driven, and inspired to exceed sales targets. You should be motivated to make an impact, have a growth mindset, and be comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of outbound prospecting campaigns using various outreach strategies, such as emails, calls, social selling, and events, to engage prospective clients.
- Collaborating closely with a high-performing Account Executive team in the Barcelona office to execute targeted prospecting strategies and create high-value opportunities.
- Leveraging marketing-led demand generation campaigns to identify and follow up with prospects, build relationships, and generate leads.
- Building a strong sales pipeline for the Spanish market, targeting companies with over 200 employees that fit our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Proactively identifying new niches and creating innovative campaign ideas to continuously improve outreach.
- Analysing outreach efforts and campaign results to draw insights and refine future strategies.
- Managing a pipeline of potential clients to ensure consistent coverage and exceed monthly targets.
