Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance-CRIT. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about driving business growth and sales through effective customer engagement.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a crucial part in identifying and profiling prospective customers, driving new business through various outbound campaigns, and helping businesses work better together. They will be responsible for educating customers on cloud solutions, executing daily outbound phone calls and emails, and building rapport with C-level decision makers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly, and maintain a target level of activity daily and weekly.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects.
  • Educate customers on our cloud solutions and execute daily outbound phone calls and emails.
  • Contact C-level decision makers, build rapport, and assess customer needs.
  • Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available cloud solutions.
  • Build value for next steps in the sales process and update prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com.
  • Manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities in Salesforce.com.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree OR equivalent practical experience.
  • Native level of Dutch.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  • Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions and strong business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high integrity and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working against an assigned quota in a phone-based environment.
  • General IT skills: essential computer skills to navigate efficiently in a computer-based job.
