Join Recruitment Direct as a Swedish Speaking Business Growth Specialist and take the lead in identifying robust sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.

We're looking for a highly motivated individual to work towards individual targets, while being part of a larger sales team focused on growing our customer base across EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving SQO quota quarterly, managing assigned accounts, educating customers on available Cloud solutions, and executing daily outbound phone calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects
  • Educate customers on available Cloud solutions
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • C2 level fluency in Swedish, with English language proficiency
  • Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
