Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year

This hybrid position combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative environment of our Barcelona office. As a Swedish-speaking Business Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our business and managing client relationships for Google products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Google products, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. Develop and implement strategies to capture new clients and expand market presence.
  • Client Acquisition: Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored Google product solutions to address those needs.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and other businesses to drive growth and enhance market positioning.
  • Account Management: Oversee and manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, resolving any issues, and delivering exceptional service to maintain long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Swedish is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Google products and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
