Senior Territory Growth Specialist

The Senior Territory Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth in the assigned territory by developing and executing strategic sales plans that meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets. This role requires collaboration with various teams, including customer success specialists, partners, technical sales, client services, and marketing to drive growth through new, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective account plans to generate and close deals within assigned accounts.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers, understand their business needs, timelines, and budgets, and articulate how Autodesk solutions can accelerate their business.
- Ensure prospect and customer needs are understood and addressed by leveraging Autodesk's products and services.
- Manage multiple sales opportunities, forecast accurately, and build sustainable relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Professional experience in an inside sales role, selling complex software solutions is a must.
- A passion for sales, continually improving skills, and a 'hunter' mentality are essential.
- Autonomous and collaborative work style, with fluency in English and a Nordic language.
- Knowledge or interest in high-tech industries such as architecture, construction, automotive, or engineering is a plus.
