About Gelato

We've built the world's largest and most global network for on-demand production of customized items, such as t-shirts, wall art, mugs, books, hoodies, and cards. Our goal is to empower e-commerce entrepreneurs to sell their creativity globally with a more local and sustainable production approach.

We don't own any assets - instead, we develop software that connects world-class production facilities across the globe. With over 140 partners in 32 countries, we can reach more than 5 billion people in just 72 hours with customized products in a smarter, faster, and greener way.

Your Role

As a Business Development Representative, your critical task will be one of the first touchpoints for prospective customers. You'll follow up on inbound Marketing Qualified Leads and drive targeted outbound campaigns to Ideal Customer Profile target accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Evangelize industry trends to prospects, helping them see the need for GelatoConnect
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects and introduce them to an account executive when they're ready to engage
  • Work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and Network to identify areas to build pipeline
  • Keep our CRM up-to-date to understand data-driven trends and improve

What We Offer

A competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience
