Salary and Benefits

We offer a base salary of €60,000 per year, plus variable compensation plan. Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive, Sustainability Growth to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring the acquisition of new Dutch and English-speaking suppliers to grow the EV network of assessed companies, boost response rates, and drive value throughout the EcoVadis onboarding experience.

You will engage with customers via phone, email, tickets, webinars, etc. to accompany them during the onboarding process, solve their queries, and increase response rates for the Benelux and UK markets. You will also identify and target "high value" customers, take appropriate steps to engage them successfully, manage, monitor, and drive your portfolio to maximize conversion, and be proactive to nurture and build your pipeline, re-engage customers, and maximize inflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in sales or upselling/inside sales, comfortable with proactive outreach to EcoVadis network members. You should have the ability to interpret data to identify actions, fluency in Dutch and English, comfort presenting to large groups, and experience with Salesforce or CRM software. You should also be a team player, autonomous, and proactive.
