We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Coordinator to join our dynamic and multicultural team at Exoticca. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and motivating our sales team to achieve success and meet sales targets.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have outstanding supervisory experience with multicultural teams in a sales environment. They will be responsible for:

  • Continually engaging, motivating, supporting, and developing their team of travel experts to achieve success and sales targets.
  • Daily supervision of calls and leads performance and management.
  • Sales reports and monitoring: they will be responsible for analyzing and alerting on KPIs to ensure performance stability.
  • Setting the right tone for their team by living our company values every day, ensuring high standards are set and maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service, as well as the ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives. They must also be able to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • An outstanding supervisory experience with multicultural teams in a sales environment.
  • A strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service.
  • The ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments.
  • A positive and proactive working approach.
  • High flexibility and schedule adaptation.
  • English native or Fluent English level.

We estimate the salary for this position to be approximately €55,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
