About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our global team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and managers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving high-velocity software sales teams using metrics and qualitative coaching.

The role involves setting objectives for the team, creating sales plans, analyzing data, and contributing to the company's growth. You will be responsible for crafting strong messaging with the teams to maximize success, as well as leading meetings with market leaders to understand behaviors and trends.

As a Sales Director, you will also be responsible for guiding your team to reach meeting targets, establishing strategy, and providing training and mentorship to the sales development teams. Your role will also involve being a culture leader in the office, driving engagement and connection across the team.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and the SDR world, with 2 of those being in a sales manager role for a software as a service company
  • Experience leading both inbound and outbound SDR team structures
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and methodology
  • Ability to lead by example, with strong sales capabilities and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English (Spanish a plus, but not required)
