The Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate Experience Specialist to join our team. As an Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day operations and serve as the first point of contact for client service requests and facility-related issues.
  • Manage Flywire vendor relationships (Food, Catering, Swag, Maintenance, and others) to ensure that the office space meets the employees' needs.
  • Support data management in company databases or CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  • Create compelling experiences to engage all FlyMates, increasing participation and employee well-being.
  • Execute assessment plans to gauge progress toward cultural goals and the impact of past and current cultural interventions.
  • Design and implement Experience Frameworks to promote a positive work environment.
  • Propose, plan, and manage events (corporate and social) to keep our FlyMates connected and engaged in a Hybrid-model work environment.
  • Collaborate with the People Team and leadership to integrate cultural initiatives into the company's overall strategy and operations.
  • Develop communication materials to promote employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs and track relevant metrics to assess program impact.
  • Organize and promote events that celebrate diversity and foster a sense of community.
  • Monitor cultural trends and best practices to continuously improve cultural initiatives.
  • Recommend programs and strategies to deploy community-based cultural initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address cultural concerns and suggestions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Culture Specialist, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, or similar role within HR.
  • Attention to detail and data management skills.
  • Understanding of organizational culture dynamics and best practices.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and their application in the workplace.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about promoting a positive work environment and employee well-being.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
