Employee Experience Specialist

Flywire is a global payments enablement and software company, delivering high-stakes, high-value payments across the global education, healthcare, travel, and B2B industries. We're seeking a passionate Employee Experience Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Collaborate across departments to create a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
- Manage Flywire vendor relationships and ensure the office space meets employees' needs.
- Support the creation of compelling experiences to increase employee engagement and participation.
- Execute assessment plans to gauge progress toward cultural goals and the impact of past and current cultural interventions.
- Design and implement Experience Frameworks.
- Propose, plan, and manage events and other initiatives to keep employees connected and engaged in a hybrid-model work environment.
- Collaborate with the People Team and leadership to integrate cultural initiatives into the company's overall strategy and operations.
- Develop communication materials to promote employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Support the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs.
- Track and analyze relevant metrics to assess program impact and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Organize and promote events that celebrate diversity and foster a sense of community.
- Monitor cultural trends and best practices to continuously improve cultural initiatives.
- Recommend programs and strategies to deploy community-based cultural initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address cultural concerns and suggestions.
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Culture Specialist, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, or similar role within HR.
- Strong skills in managing and updating data in company databases systems and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Understanding of organizational culture dynamics and best practices.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and their application in the workplace.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about promoting a positive work environment and employee well-being.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
