The OpportunityWe're seeking a passionate Experience Specialist to join our team. As an Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture. You will collaborate across departments to develop initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle day-to-day operations and serve as the first point of contact for client service requests and facility-related issues.
- Manage Flywire vendor relationships (Food, Catering, Swag, Maintenance and others) to ensure the office space meets employees' needs.
- Manage and update data in company databases or CRM systems while ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Create compelling experiences to increase employee engagement and participation.
- Execute assessment plans to gauge progress toward cultural goals and the impact of past and current cultural interventions.
- Support designing and implementing Experience Frameworks.
- Propose, plan, and manage events (corporate and social) and other initiatives to keep employees connected and engaged in a Hybrid-model work environment.
- Collaborate with the People Team and leadership to integrate cultural initiatives into the company's overall strategy and operations.
- Develop communication materials to promote employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs.
- Track and analyze relevant metrics to assess program impact and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Organize and promote events that celebrate diversity and foster a sense of community.
- Monitor cultural trends and best practices to continuously improve cultural initiatives.
- Recommend programs and strategies to deploy community-based cultural initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address cultural concerns and suggestions.
We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred but not required. 1-2 years of experience as a Culture Specialist, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, or similar role within HR is also required.
