Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our German speaking team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and chat.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Helping customers find the right product and service by proactively assisting them online and offline;
- Providing service with a smile and embodying our core value of 'Think like a customer';
- Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A professional level of English and German, both verbally and written;
- A Bachelor degree or academic level;
- A customer-friendly attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service;
- A dynamic and flexible personality, with a willingness to learn and adapt;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
