About the Role

Flywire is seeking a highly skilled Employee Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations and serve as the first point of contact for client service requests and facility-related issues.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
  • Support the development of compelling experiences to increase employee engagement and participation.
  • Execute assessment plans to gauge progress toward cultural goals and the impact of past and current cultural interventions.
  • Design and implement Experience Frameworks to drive cultural initiatives.
  • Propose, plan, and manage events and initiatives to keep employees connected and engaged in a hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborate with the People Team and leadership to integrate cultural initiatives into the company's overall strategy and operations.
  • Develop communication materials to promote employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs.
  • Track and analyze relevant metrics to assess program impact and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Organize and promote events that celebrate diversity and foster a sense of community.
  • Monitor cultural trends and best practices to continuously improve cultural initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Culture Specialist, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, or similar role within HR.
  • Strong skills in managing and updating data in company databases systems and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Understanding of organizational culture dynamics and best practices.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and their application in the workplace.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about promoting a positive work environment and employee well-being.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
