- Collaborate with departments to develop initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Support the development of compelling experiences to increase employee engagement and participation.
- Execute assessment plans to gauge progress toward cultural goals and the impact of past and current cultural interventions.
- Design and implement Experience Frameworks to drive cultural initiatives.
- Propose, plan, and manage events and initiatives to keep employees connected and engaged in a hybrid work environment.
- Collaborate with the People Team and leadership to integrate cultural initiatives into the company's overall strategy and operations.
- Develop communication materials to promote employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs.
- Track and analyze relevant metrics to assess program impact and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Organize and promote events that celebrate diversity and foster a sense of community.
- Monitor cultural trends and best practices to continuously improve cultural initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred but not required.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Culture Specialist, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, or similar role within HR.
- Strong skills in managing and updating data in company databases systems and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Understanding of organizational culture dynamics and best practices.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and their application in the workplace.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about promoting a positive work environment and employee well-being.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
