The OpportunityWe are seeking a passionate Experience Specialist to join our team. As an Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture. You will collaborate across departments to develop initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations and serve as the first point of contact for client service requests and facility-related issues.
- Manage Flywire vendor relationships (Food, Catering, Swag, Maintenance, and others).
- Support ensuring that the office space meets the employees' needs.
- Manage and update data in company databases or CRM systems while ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Support creating compelling experiences to all FlyMates to increase engagement and participation.
- Execute assessment plans to gauge progress toward cultural goals and the impact of past and current cultural interventions.
- Support designing and implementing Experience Frameworks.
- Propose, plan, and manage events (corporate and social) and other initiatives to keep our FlyMates connected and engaged in a Hybrid-model work environment.
- Collaborate with the People Team and leadership to integrate cultural initiatives into the company's overall strategy and operations.
- Develop communication materials to promote employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Support establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs.
- Organize and promote events that celebrate diversity and foster a sense of community.
- Monitor cultural trends and best practices to continuously improve cultural initiatives.
- Recommend programs and strategies to deploy community-based cultural initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address cultural concerns and suggestions.
- Champion a culture of respect, transparency, and collaboration across the organization.
