The OpportunityWe are seeking a passionate Experience Specialist to join our team. As an Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Collaborate across departments to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage and update data in company databases and CRM systems.
- Support the design and implementation of Experience Frameworks.
- Plan and manage events to keep our FlyMates connected and engaged.
- Develop communication materials to promote employee engagement programs.
- Establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of employee engagement programs.
- Monitor cultural trends and best practices to continuously improve cultural initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Culture Specialist, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, or similar role within HR.
- Strong skills in managing and updating data in company databases systems and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Understanding of organizational culture dynamics and best practices.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and their application in the workplace.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
