Regional Sales Manager

Pandora West Africa is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth in the Canary Islands. With a proven track record of driving revenue and building high-performing teams, this role requires a customer-centric leader who can inspire and develop Store Managers and teams.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for executing global and local brand standards, while fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders to maximize business opportunities. Your expertise in wholesale channel management, negotiation of commercial agreements, and development of strategic partnerships will be crucial in expanding our network and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive retail management experience, having successfully managed multiple stores within a leading fashion brand. You will have a strong understanding of how to achieve retail KPIs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is essential, as is your willingness to travel 80% of the time.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a company car, employee discount on PANDORA purchases, and 23 labor days holiday.
