Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager for the Healthcare division. The primary objective is to equip healthcare professionals with cutting-edge infection prevention solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and mitigate the risk of Hospital Acquired Infections. You will engage with various clinical environments, including surgical units, interventional radiology, and outpatient surgical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present new product offerings to current clients while actively seeking new business through networking and outreach.
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships through professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement best practices aimed at combating hospital-acquired infections.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, educating clients on strategies to enhance patient outcomes and serving as a trusted Infection Prevention Specialist.
  • Showcase the application of our products within client facilities.
  • Oversee the complete management of public tenders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales, particularly with public tenders.
  • Proficiency in total value delivery selling.
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and consultative selling.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Willingness to travel overnight as necessary.
  • Fluency in English and native proficiency in Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record as a high-performing sales professional, preferably in healthcare or medical sales.
  • Strong customer service abilities with a knack for problem-solving and developing client solutions.
  • Self-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Capability to target accounts and achieve results through strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Preferred degree in Biochemistry or Biology.
  • Experience with consumable products is advantageous.
