We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Ecolab Healthcare team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for introducing new product offerings to existing customers and prospecting for new business opportunities.
As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clinical settings, including operating rooms, interventional radiology, ultrasound, cardiac catheterization labs, and ambulatory surgical centers. You will partner with customers to implement best practices to fight hospital-acquired infections and provide outstanding customer service, educating customers on ways to improve their patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
- Partner with customers to implement best practices to fight hospital-acquired infections.
- Provide training and support to customers on the use and application of Ecolab's products.
- Manage customer base and build relationships through professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous Business to Business (B2B) sales experience, including public tenders.
- Experience with total value delivery selling.
- Demonstrated stakeholders' management & consultative selling aptitude.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Flexibility for overnight travel as needed.
- Fluent English and native level of Spanish.
