Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive specializing in Healthcare Informatics, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales expansion across the Iberian region. Your primary focus will be on identifying and securing new business opportunities while fostering robust customer relationships. By understanding customer needs, you will effectively showcase the value of our Enterprise Informatics portfolio to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:


Opportunity Identification:

Seek and prospect new customer acquisition opportunities. Develop and implement account strategies across diverse customer accounts, including conducting market and competitor analysis. Manage the sales funnel effectively to align with sales targets and Philips' business goals. Collaborate with Specialists and Business Unit leaders during critical phases of the sales process.


Customer Partnership Development:

Engage with various customer partners to uncover new business opportunities, from clinical stakeholders to executive leadership. Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs and identify how our Enterprise Informatics portfolio can address them. Customize presentations to highlight the value of our offerings to high-potential new accounts. Work alongside Sales Specialists to provide in-depth product knowledge throughout the sales cycle.


Contract Negotiation:

Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for both parties.


Collaboration:

Partner with Philips sales leaders to achieve shared business objectives.


Reporting and Forecasting:

Maintain accurate records to facilitate effective reporting and forecasting.


Qualifications:

You are an ideal candidate if you possess:

1. A Bachelor's degree along with over 10 years of sales experience.

2. A proven history of formulating and executing account plans to meet sales objectives and achieve commercial targets.

3. Experience in managing a software sales pipeline and prioritizing opportunities that require escalation or acceleration to deliver results.

4. A strong customer orientation with a track record of building relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives.

5. The ability to effectively leverage specialist knowledge and product resources to create tailored customer solutions.

6. Proficiency in articulating the value of technical software and/or medical products to diverse customer profiles.

7. A resilient sales mindset capable of adapting to a dynamic customer landscape.

8. Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.

9. Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
