Role Overview:
As a Channel Partnerships Manager for Spain, you will be instrumental in driving acquisition within our Key Segment, focusing on Micro, Small, and Company Creators. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, evaluating, and initiating new partnership opportunities with leading Spanish companies.
- Managing and nurturing key partnerships to achieve shared objectives and continuous enhancements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop business cases, legal documents, and go-to-market strategies.
- Tailoring customer journeys and integrations as needed to enhance partnerships.
- Working closely with local and global teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing improvements.
- Being accountable for delivering impactful partnerships aligned with profitability and growth targets.
- Identifying challenges and recommending process improvements.

About Your Future Manager:
Your direct report will be the Lead Partnerships for Spain, who is committed to your success. With a background in industrial engineering and experience in business development within startups, he is dedicated to expanding Qonto's presence in the Spanish market.

Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2-3 years in Channel Partnerships and Business Development.
- Customer-Oriented: Strong focus on customer needs and expertise.
- Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex information clearly and negotiate effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Proficient in project management and stakeholder coordination.
- Analytical Mindset: Capable of utilizing data to inform decision-making.
- Curiosity: Eager to learn about our ecosystem and product nuances.
- Team Player: Enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
