Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nonprofit Partnerships Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our global expansion team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our operations in the Indian and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand our operations in the Indian and UK markets, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  2. Business Development: Generate leads and book demos for our Account Executives, ensuring a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  3. Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to gather information about nonprofit needs and collaboration opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to meet those needs.
  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit partners, stakeholders, and other key players in the industry.
  5. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including setting goals, identifying resources, and measuring progress.

Requirements:

  1. Passion for Social Impact: A demonstrated passion for and alignment with the mission of supporting nonprofit organizations, with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust.
  2. Business Development Experience: Experience in roles requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills, such as in customer service, sales, community engagement, or nonprofit advocacy roles.
  3. Business Acumen: Capability to understand prospects' needs and negotiate contracts.
  4. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi, with any other languages being a plus.
  5. Education: A bachelor's degree in management, administration, marketing, international relations, or a related field.
