  • Formulate and execute strategic initiatives aimed at fostering company expansion in the healthcare market.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover emerging business prospects and industry trends.
  • Evaluate competitor tactics to guide informed business choices.
  • Craft tailored business proposals and presentations for healthcare stakeholders.
  • Facilitate negotiations and establish collaborations with external partners, including insurance firms and healthcare facilities.
  • Work closely with sales and product innovation teams to meet organizational objectives.
  • Oversee cross-functional projects to ensure effective delivery and results.
  • Provide commercial assistance to partners across various regions.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, with a preference for candidates holding a master’s degree or MBA.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the insurance and healthcare market.
  • Are familiar with SaaS product integrations and APIs.
  • Have experience in consulting, partnerships, or project management roles.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Are results-driven and proficient in negotiation techniques.
  • Can communicate effectively with key decision-makers.
  • Are fluent in both English and Spanish.
