- Formulate and execute strategic initiatives aimed at fostering company expansion in the healthcare market.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover emerging business prospects and industry trends.
- Evaluate competitor tactics to guide informed business choices.
- Craft tailored business proposals and presentations for healthcare stakeholders.
- Facilitate negotiations and establish collaborations with external partners, including insurance firms and healthcare facilities.
- Work closely with sales and product innovation teams to meet organizational objectives.
- Oversee cross-functional projects to ensure effective delivery and results.
- Provide commercial assistance to partners across various regions.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, with a preference for candidates holding a master’s degree or MBA.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, particularly in B2B environments.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the insurance and healthcare market.
- Are familiar with SaaS product integrations and APIs.
- Have experience in consulting, partnerships, or project management roles.
- Exhibit strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Are results-driven and proficient in negotiation techniques.
- Can communicate effectively with key decision-makers.
- Are fluent in both English and Spanish.
