We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Partnerships Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in the healthcare sector. This pivotal role is essential for expanding our presence in the healthcare HIS/ERP market through in-depth market insights, identifying new opportunities, and forging vital partnerships.

  • Formulate and implement business development strategies to meet growth objectives in the healthcare sector
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends
  • Evaluate competitor strategies and market developments to inform business decisions
  • Craft compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored for healthcare HIS/ERP stakeholders
  • Negotiate enhancements with third-party service providers
  • Secure product and commercial partnership agreements with healthcare organizations
  • Finalize complex strategic contracts with insurance companies and healthcare facilities in alignment with corporate goals
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving business targets
  • Lead strategic cross-functional projects to ensure successful outcomes
  • Provide commercial assistance to partners in Latin America and engage in sales discussions as needed

If you:

  • Possess a degree in a technical, quantitative, or business discipline, with a preference for a master's degree or MBA
  • Bring a minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in business development management for B2B (Experience in hospital software, ERP, CRM, or Cloud Solutions is advantageous)
  • Have a solid understanding of the insurance and healthcare market
  • Demonstrate expertise in SaaS product integrations and APIs
  • Have experience in consulting, partnership management, or project management
  • Exhibit strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Are results-oriented and a skilled negotiator
  • Can build relationships with high-level decision-makers
  • Are fluent in English and Spanish

  • A 60-minute interview with a member of the HR team
  • A 60-minute interview with the Team Leader
  • Completion of a Business Case within one week
  • A 45-minute presentation of the Business Case, with the Team Leader and Global Managing Director
