Role Overview:
As a Channel Partnerships Manager for Spain, you will be instrumental in driving acquisition within our Key Segment of Micro, Small, and Company Creators. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying, evaluating, and launching new partnership opportunities with leading Spanish companies.
- Managing and nurturing key partnerships to achieve shared objectives and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop business cases, legal documents, and go-to-market strategies.
- Tailoring customer journeys and integrations in partnership as needed.
- Working closely with local and global teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing enhancements.
- Being accountable for delivering impactful partnerships aligned with profitability and growth targets.
- Identifying challenges and recommending process improvements.

Your manager will be the Lead Partnerships for Spain, who brings a wealth of experience in business development within startups and scalable business models.

Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in Channel Partnerships and Business Development.
- Customer-Oriented: A strong focus on customer needs and expertise.
- Storytelling and Negotiation Skills: Ability to simplify complex situations for effective communication.
- Organizational Skills: Interest in business planning and project management.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in leveraging data for decision-making.
- Curiosity: Eager to learn about our ecosystem and products.
- Team Player: Enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
