Role Overview:
As a Channel Partnerships Manager within the Spanish Partnerships team, your primary objective will be to enhance acquisition within our Key Segment of Micro, Small, and Company Creators. This will involve identifying new partnership opportunities and expanding existing collaborations to achieve our ambitious targets. Additionally, the partnerships team plays a crucial role in driving revenue and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and initiate new partnership opportunities with leading Spanish companies.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with key partners, establishing shared goals and ongoing enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop business cases, legal documentation, and go-to-market strategies.
- Tailor customer journeys and integrations in partnership as needed.
- Work closely with local teams and the Global Partnerships team to ensure successful launches and continuous improvements.
- Be accountable for delivering impactful partnerships aligned with profitability and growth objectives.
- Identify challenges and propose solutions to enhance team processes.

About Your Future Manager:
Your direct report will be the Lead Partnerships in Spain, who is committed to your success. With a background in industrial engineering and extensive experience in business development within startups, he is focused on expanding our presence in the Spanish market.

Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2-3 years in Channel Partnerships and Business Development.
- Customer-Oriented: You prioritize customer needs and have a knack for storytelling and negotiation.
- Organizational Skills: Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in leveraging data for informed decision-making.
- Curiosity: Eager to learn about our ecosystem and product intricacies.
- Team Player: Enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
