What We Offer

At Exoticca, we aim to disrupt the travel sector and establish a category leader in the extraordinary travel space, which includes multi-day tour packages. The partnerships team plays a crucial role in one of our primary marketing channel groups, driving traffic and sales to Exoticca through third-party marketing channels. As the Partnerships Manager, you will lead the team responsible for managing relationships with our marketing partners. Collaborating across the organization, you will oversee the planning and management of our publication calendar, determining which products to promote and to which audiences through various platforms.

Your Responsibilities

  • Negotiate rates and terms with existing marketing partners while identifying new, scalable partnerships for collaboration.
  • Analyze campaigns, product performance, and partner effectiveness to optimize our planning strategy and ensure efficient investment and monitoring of our marketing budget.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Travel Product, Marketing Insights, and Creative departments, to manage and maintain our publication calendar, ensuring high publication frequency with a strong focus on achieving and sustaining a healthy ROI.
  • Forecast and manage budgets and revenue performance for the Partnerships team.

Qualifications

  • Over 4 years of digital experience leading teams to achieve ambitious goals through marketing partnerships.
  • Proven experience in establishing profitable long-term collaborations.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, commercial, and marketing abilities are essential.
  • Self-motivated, organized, proactive, team-oriented, hands-on, and results-driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
