About the Role
The Head of Strategic Partnerships will lead the development of our ecosystem of strategic partners and business alliances, working closely with our commercial teams to identify and attract new business partners. You will be responsible for defining and implementing strategies to drive growth, expand our brand, and reinforce our value proposition to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and business alliances.
- Identify, attract, and develop relationships with potential business partners to generate new clients for our products.
- Ensure effective mechanisms to define, monitor, and optimize KPIs associated with our projects and initiatives.
- Develop commercial relationships with partners and maintain constant communication to nurture each relationship and provide information to teams for identifying opportunities and making decisions.
- Participate in the design and development of new products for joint commercialization with partners.
Requirements
- Experience in the financial sector, banking, or other credit entities.
- Valuable experience in commercial or sales teams.
- Knowledge in the use of project management tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close favorable agreements for all parties.
- Ability to handle conflict situations and find beneficial solutions for all parties.
- Creativity to design and propose innovative solutions that add value to the company and its partners.
- A team player and effective communicator, with people management skills and a genuine passion for making things happen in a young and dynamic organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Postgraduate studies or certifications in relevant areas (MBA, project management, etc.) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles related to partnerships, business development, alliance management, or related areas.
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with strategic partners.
- Previous experience in commercial departments, with knowledge also of B2C, is an asset.
