Job Title: Head of Partnerships

At Ambis, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Partnerships to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth objectives by identifying and cultivating new commercial and strategic opportunities across the EU markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Spearhead the identification and securing of strategic partnerships to drive new commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate closely with Ambis leadership to identify, strategise, and execute new initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision.
  • Results-Driven Growth: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets through proactive business development efforts and strategic relationship-building.
  • Adaptability: Rapidly adjust to external market changes and internal product updates, aligning strategies to stay at the forefront of industry dynamics.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively navigate diverse partnerships and relationships.
  • Exhibit a keen eye for detail and organisation and a process-driven mindset to ensure seamless execution.
  • Highly motivated, with a track record of achieving results in a competitive business environment.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing resilience and adaptability to lead through change.
