Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor new hires to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Design and implement a comprehensive skills development initiative that addresses individual and team training needs
  • Develop educational materials, including presentations, talk tracks, and case studies, to support our sales team's growth
  • Deliver outbound demand plays that activate key business objectives and buying agendas in the market
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to provide feedback and guidance on performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to provide relevant and up-to-date prospecting advice
What We're Looking For:
  • Work experience as a sales coach, sales trainer, or similar experience in a sales role responsible for generating new business
  • Hands-on experience creating presentations (videos and slides)
  • Familiarity with role-playing and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to motivate people and work across organizations
