Job Title: Head of Business Development

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Business Development efforts. As Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships, business development, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a team of Business Development professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of Business Development professionals.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and develop plans to improve it.
