Head of B2B Business Development

We're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our B2B Business Development efforts. As Head of B2B Business Development, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a team of Developer Relations experts to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Partner with engineering and marketing leads to develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to secure funding and resources for business development initiatives.
  • Manage and analyze business development metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in technical roles, including business development, sales, and marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a technical team or business development function.
  • Deep expertise in business development, sales, and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
